Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
SAP SuccessFactors is our company’s key global HR information system for servicing data collection used throughout the entire employee life-cycle while within the business. We needed a true global solution that elegantly spanned across all major employment milestones for ease of administration on the HR side, and ease-of-use on the employee side. The UI and branding may feel this is a full, all-in-one suite, but once deeper behind the scenes (reporting, integration, permissioning, configuration) the complex patchwork of modules becomes a major hindrance to true mastery and control.

- Single global HR platform is convenient for users
- All HR admins and analysts can be versed in the same content and process delivery
Implementation requires many decisions and settings to be built up, but this is facilitated via an Excel-based “configuration workbook,” which is clunky and vague. Implementing piece by piece can make it difficult to stitch together with other modules, and require rework.
