Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SucessFactors as our employee management system throughout the company, the product has helped us have better human resources management and also in the administration of performance evaluations of all staff around the world. Also in the recruitment and onboarding process, it has helped us a lot by improving the internal hiring processes.

It has wide integration compatibility with other systems but does more documentation to help with integrations
I was in charge of the implementation of SAP Workzone and the implementation process was somewhat complicated since the help documents are somewhat confusing and not very organized, however, I had the help of a consultant with experience in. Workzone we were able to complete the implementation which was through the migration from SAP Jam to Workzone
simpler processes and a friendlier interface
