Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

The only bussines problem that I face was in the house Allowance request because the system been setup to not allow new request until the agreement is done, however we need to request new house allowance before the initial was end.
  • courses Tracker accordingly with the profile
  • vacation control
  • profile update
  • the HPC evaluation is not friendly
  • the option to insert the objetives also don't have the option to delete in case you would like to change
