Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I helped HR department to managed the recruitment of workforce. It helped to manage the talent and it really useful in planning the recruitments.
HR department used to consult with me as a manager of logistics and supply chain department for recruitment of my department. It allowed us to keep track of performance of employees.

I believe that SAP has wonderful platform and their integration and implementation process super easy.
SAP has a dedicated and supportive team which ensure that integration is real smooth. It has a very structured way of implementation. It cover almost all aspects of employees onboarding to talent management. The only challenge with their implementation is sometimes due to lack of communication projects can be delayed which may lead to over budget.

It was wonderful experience to see the status of new employees recruitment status. I don't need to ask again and again to HR department for status of the candidates recruitment. I can simply see it on my own. Having a big need graphical data representation to a quick glance for decision making which is missing here and they can improve on it.
