I helped HR department to managed the recruitment of workforce. It helped to manage the talent and it really useful in planning the recruitments.

SAP has a dedicated and supportive team which ensure that integration is real smooth. It has a very structured way of implementation. It cover almost all aspects of employees onboarding to talent management. The only challenge with their implementation is sometimes due to lack of communication projects can be delayed which may lead to over budget.
