Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I use it mainly for leave management, attendance management, goal setting and appraisal and performance rating.

as such there is no any problem in system but some times it crashes and feels bit laggy and recently it started giving otp on whatsapp messages instead normal text messages which i think not good idea.

i use it for my self and for my teammates.

It is easy to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with SAP i which all costing can be accounted for company.
It is much better to have leaves, attendance and appraisal management after having SAP SuccessFactors.

Leave management, attendance management and performance rating system is very good i say it is easy to apply leaves and approval of the same.
i think scenario where improvement needed is leaves used and left presentation needs to be better for managers so they can understand well pending leave balance of their sub cordinates.
