My implementation experience with Sap success factors was quite easy and it tailored to match organisational structures , workflows and policies. This often involved configuring models such as Employee Central, Performance and Goals, and Learning.
Transferring existing HR data to success factors, ensured accuracy and completeness which involved cleansing and mapping data to align with the requirements.

SAP success factors provided robust talent management, global scalability and strong analytics capabilities. And they provide strong user experience options and there is no limitation on customisation as is the case with Oracle HCM Cloud.
