Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

It has enhanced recruitment by optimising candidate sourcing and onboarding processes. Performance management tools facilitate goal setting and continuous feedback, fostering employee growth. Workforce analytics offer insights for strategic decision making, improving overall organisational efficiency and Employee Central provides a centralized hub for personnel data.
The scope of my use case involved configuring SucessFactors modules tailored to my organization's needs which included customising workflows, setting up performance appraisal cycles, and integrating with existing systems.

The ecosystem supports us to customise integration rules with other products too easily so that it doesn't block the current process from proceeding forward.
Rating would 8 from my end for the product.
My implementation experience with Sap success factors was quite easy and it tailored to match organisational structures , workflows and policies. This often involved configuring models such as Employee Central, Performance and Goals, and Learning.

Transferring existing HR data to success factors, ensured accuracy and completeness which involved cleansing and mapping data to align with the requirements.
SAP success factors provided robust talent management, global scalability and strong analytics capabilities. And they provide strong user experience options and there is no limitation on customisation as is the case with Oracle HCM Cloud.

It has the specific modules which the organisation desires and has strong existing integration capabilities and with existing systems
