Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use sucess factors basically for recruitment and onboarding of the employees.we find it little dry User interface for hiring section and to tract candidate progress and process and takes time to reflect the same in User interface .It should be more user friendly to in mobile version as compare to website version

While it provides integration capabilities with various systems the complexity can increase depending on the level of customization and the diversity of existing technology landscape within a organizations it is advisable to enhance the integration process and smooth through all the process .
It is very helpful for the organizations with the inclusion of the SAP success factors the process it brings ti the table its very great and helpful for the the large scale organisation and to increase the productivity of the organization and to speed up the hiring and onboarding process it really helps

Sap success factor is well suited for integrated suite covering various aspects of human capital management
And the complex Hr needs.
It is helpful in scenarios where organisation seek a unified platform for talent management and employee management. It also helps in management for goal setting and learning management.
On other sides it might be less suited for smaller business with simple HR requirements due to extensive feature set Which could be perceived as overwhelming
