Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We did our implementation with SuccessFactors few years ago and it has been instrumental in managing HR Employee Data within the organization. Moreover, it helps in streamlining Country Specific data and security works great.

Integration works great with SAP and Non SAP systems
WE had some challenges during the Implementation as the legacy systems are not well connected. Another issue was related to data. After the implementation, we learned some maintainence related activities which helps on smooth transition.
Is is in-house SAP Product and works great with Data Integrity.
