Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I use SAP SuccessFactors as system admin for the modules PMGM COMP and EC. We use SF for all employee transactions, at the moment from change of address to yearly salaries reviews which the system help us to achieve, the system help us to automate HR data load and create an easy and powerful for our employees

  • Automation of compensation cycle
  • Improved setting goals on Perf and Dev
  • Improved HR process and workflow delegation
We have couple of integrations built with other systems, I am not an expert on this are but I know is an space that has room for improvement and usually the administrators of this area find not that straight forward build and maintain these integrations
It has been a long journey, but through the years we have had the support of SAP an also different partners, always appreciate all the new services and tools SAP - SAP SuccessFactors has incorporated to make this easier for us customers

SAP SuccessFactors modules are integrated which makes the job easier for the users and us as systems administrators, also provides you a whole view of the process and with reports which are very useful. I really enjoyed customizing the performance cycle for our company and also saw the big improvement of doing the compensation cycle using SAP SuccessFactors (Annual Salary Review and Bonus payments through compensation worksheets.
