Overall Satisfaction with Sauce Labs
I am part of quality infrastructure here at our company. We use sauce labs to power our selenium server for users with unique use cases that we don't have the man power to host and maintain. We have users that need various versions of IE, Firefox, etc. We cannot maintain servers for all of these and keep them updated so provide Sauce Labs infrastructure for these folks.
- High availability rate. Rarely will sauce labs go down, and if it does they are always diligent about sending emails about outages.
- Great customer service. Always receive responses quickly to support requests.
- I actually miss the old sauce labs UI. One feature taken away was the ability to quickly rollup hours used by multiple sub-accounts under the parent account of those sub-accounts.

- Reduce internal costs in attempting to maintain selenium Grids
It's been so long since we evaluated other competitors I can't remember why we didn't specifically select them.
