Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I use SeekOut within my organization to source and hire candidates. We use this tool to find quality candidates and their contact information. With this information, we're able to reach out and have a conversation which starts the recruiting process.
  • Messaging Campaigns
  • Pulling LinkedIn profiles
  • Inferring Clearances
  • Incorrect emails and phone numbers
  • Listing 10+ emails/phone numbers per profile
  • Bouncing back 10-15 emails per campaign reach out
  • I don't think there has been a positive ROI for our company. We have had to do multiple SeekOut trainings to make sure we understand which takes away time from things.
  • The email campaigns create a positive ROI because it saves time to email a group of people rather than individually.
  • SeekOut provides diversity filters which is beneficial to our hiring process.
Never contacted support.
I think SeekOut is my least favorite sourcing tool out of all listed above.

I think SeekOut is hard to use. The filters are somewhat confusing and don't always seem to apply themselves. My biggest issue seems to be with SeekOut returning incorrect emails and phone numbers. Quite often, when I try to retrieve a phone number/email for a profile it will pull at least 10. It is unrealistic to try and call/ email all 10 of those numbers listed. Most of them are often incorrect.
