Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use SeekOut for sourcing and recruiting. It was a tool provided for the past three years. We recruit for the Air Force. My team had accounts with access to sources and to download potential candidate profiles. I used it daily. Most of the candidates sourced were candidates who had a security clearance.

We had regularly scheduled training sessions to discuss the newest features of Seek Out. There was also messaging regularly for support if we needed it. We could do one on one sessions with a trainer. We could do group training sessions. I was able to reach someone directly when needed.
This is not a fair comparison. I used Workday as an ATS as well as for sourcing. There is bias in this comparison because Seek Out was a sourcing tool only. I would not compare the two since the usage and purpose at my employer for the two products were different.

I think that Seek Out is good for researching competitive organizations for a position that a recruiter or source may be looking for. For example, it can provide data about other organizations hiring for the same position. If you need a Cloud Engineer, you could use the Insights feature to find other companies seeking the same type of candidates.
