We have a lot of turnover with entry level health care position such as CNAs & Home Health Aides. I look in SeekOut to find dedicated candidates who are truly seeking employment. Since there is a lot of turnover, it is helpful to be able to reach multiple candidates at once.

SeekOut is well suited to help me find CNAs & Home Health Aides in large numbers where I can reach out to them for new opportunities. It can be somewhat overwhelming to see so many candidates that are available to be reviewed. I also wish I could verify on first glance if they have an active CNA/HHA License on the Maryland Board of Nursing.
