Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue
We have a weekly Christian newsletter that we are running. Setting up the account was a breeze with a shallow learning curve. We do plan to use it for our eCommerce websites in the future and probably upgrade to the next plan. One of the main reasons we choose Sendinblue is due to its deliverability which is very much important to our product purpose.
- Shallow learning curve
- Great deliverability
- GDPR driven
- Great UI
- Pricing model could be based on contacts but not a deal breaker
- Probably a drag down options for personalization options
- Since the learning curve was shallow we didn't have to spend some crazy amount for agencies as we are also a non-profit. May not apply to business but it matters to us.
- Sendinblue has all the advanced functions that might be needed but with simplicity.
- Mailchimp and ConvertKit
Mailchimp and ConvertKit are good for their own reasons but we liked Sendinblue for its functionality and the way it is executed through its UI and the whole process of getting it done. We use mostly marketing emails with a few transactional emails. Transactional email is something that we are yet to fully try other than the double opt in options. But I can see that the options available are good and easy to follow.
