Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
Primarily used by the sales department w/ two main purposes:
1. To get a "foot in the door" for prospects who otherwise won't engage.
2. To keep our brand top of mind during the sales cycle.
For the first, we typically send coffee gift cards or lunch certificates. For the latter, we send branded swag like baby onesies, coffee mugs, hats, shirts, etc.

Pros
- Ease of use.
- Speed of deliveries.
- Chrome, SFDC and Outreach plug-ins make for seamless workflows.
Cons
- Ability to choose custom dollar amounts for eGifts - available increments are often too large.
- Sendoso has increased show rates to meetings by ~20% when prospects are sent a coffee/lunch gift 1-2 days prior.
