Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

Sendoso is being utilized across our sales organization. It addresses the problem of being able to build rapport with prospects in a virtual setting.
  • Set meetings
  • Keep meetings on the schedule (nurture)
  • Thanking a person for attending a meeting (relationship building)
  • More in-depth tracking on analytics
  • The ability to add pictures to the link (so it does not look like spam)
  • Other product offerings within the system (although I primarily use it for Starbucks and Amazon, which both work well)
  • Able to set meetings
  • Keep meetings on the calendar
  • Maintain rapport even after the meeting has happened

Sendoso is a fantastic way to start, continue, and end conversations within the sales world. It may not seem like much, but there have been many times when my meetings are much less stressful because prospects appreciate the generosity of a gift card. If a person lives within international jurisdictions, sometimes the dollar or euro are not accepted forms of currency. This would not be an appropriate time to send a $5 Starbucks card.
