Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
We use Sendoso across our sales and marketing teams to drive client and prospect engagement. Sendoso has been the center of our gifting strategy since COVID-19 and an incremental piece for online campaigns run through sales development, organized by marketing. For the most part, our team uses the gift card functionality.
- Reducing the manual effort of traditional direct mail sends in ABM strategies.
- There are lots of options for e-gifting giving teams the ability to be unique in campaigns.
- Engaging prospects.
- Tracking and reporting.
- Integration with Outreach calendar. We don't use Calendly.
- Sendoso allowed us to take our direct mail strategy online when the whole world went remote. This has been crucial to our business and the ability to carry it over has been invaluable.
