Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We manage campaigns, our customer data and our sales pipeline. It is used by members of our selling team and all our marketers. Our team also uses SharpSpring with our clients. SharpSpring helps us organize our customer and prospect data, engage our audience with social media, manage our campaigns, landing pages and workflows and organize and orchestrate the stages of our sales process.

Leading solutions have great functionality at any one moment, any platform may have a better feature. Unless you have some unique requirement or integration, I think you will find that SharpSpring delivers the core functionality you need, is constantly improving and most of all delivers these capabilities at a fraction of the cost. SharpSpring does not charge by CRM user, so that alone gives it a huge price/performance advantage.
SharpSpring is well suited for growth companies that manage both marketing and sales to attract, engage and convert buyers. It is a single integrated technology stack that is very affordable for SMB. It is not HIPAA compliant so not suitable for health care providers, it can scale, but may not be positioned for a global enterprise.
