Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is the marketing automation engine that we use in our organization. It allows us to add layers to our marketing using automation. For a growing company like ours, we see value in automation as we scale up our efforts.
  • Easy drag and drop feature for building emails and assets
  • Visual workflows are very simple to build for your nurture streams
  • Contact and lead data updates are very intuitive and the use of action groups helps in getting bulk changes done
  • A/B testing
  • Would like to have more local support for Australia
  • Only positive impacts so far with respect to ROI
SharpSpring is functional and easy to set up for small teams. There could be better reporting functions and a better vision of the life of a lead. It is easy to learn too, so teams can expedite their marketing function timelines easily.

I also think it would be an excellent tool for B2C companies.

It is an awesome tool for small to medium-sized organizations. It is easy to set it up and get it running. The problem that we are facing at the moment is the CRM integration. We don't use SharpSpring for our CRM, we only use it for the marketing function. So, I would recommend it to teams that are ready to use SharpSpring as both their marketing + CRM tool.
