Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact
At first, we started using Sharpspring as an automation platform for our company; however, the more we became familiar with its various resources and features, we have officially adopted it to optimize our processes across the whole organization. Today, we use Contact Manager and Sales Pipeline for the sales and account management departments; and we implemented it in the marketing team for e-mails, landing pages, dynamic forms, lead tracking, and, most importantly, automated workflows, which had a very positive impact in our productivity overall. We appreciate the individual tools, but Sharpspring did wonders for team work in general. I would point to the CRM tool as the most important and efficient one for our team in the present moment, since it is very flexible and customizable, and can be applied to several different industries. The new automation flows allowed us to focus on our top priorities, eliminated unnecessary work, and spared us a lot of time.

We experienced working with other platforms in our team, reviewing and testing, in order to find the one that would optimize our workflows the most. Some of these were completely new to me (Sharpspring was one of them), but I had previous experiences with platforms like Mailchimp and HubSpot Marketing Hub. I was very excited to work with Sharpspring, however, a few of my colleagues were fearful that they were overselling their own capabilities. As we tested and reviewed Sharpspring, we all agreed that it was the best platform to cater to our needs, due to the fact that it's highly customizable. Of course, it was much more effective than the other previous platforms we experienced.
