Overall Satisfaction with ShipStation

It is being used for all of our order processing and shipping across all selling channels. It is used across the whole organization and it addressing syncing and managing shipping across different selling platforms and brings them all into one interface.

  • Great tool for searching past and new orders
I have used stamps.com's Windows based software and was introduced to shipstation after stamps.com purchased Shipstation. It's good for printing postage, but does not sync orders from different marketplaces like shipstation does.
Great support team that works actively to resolve any issues or concerns and also sends regular updates of changes or new features. I've had a positive experience with support each time I've contacted them.

In my opinion, it's a must-have for multi-channel eCommerce businesses that sell on several different marketplaces or websites. Well suited for small and large businesses and can scale with your company.
