Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
We recently evolved our business model from strictly wholesale to now include retail. We have been using Shopify as an additional selling channel to our already lucrative Amazon e-commerce product offerings. Shopify is used in our marketing department. Using Shopify is helping us expand our e-commerce division by providing a safe and secure buying platform for our consumers.
- Shopify provides an extensive library of tips, suggestions and tutorials to help even the most inexperienced store owner.
- It is very user-friendly and easy to learn.
- The ability to run reports directly from the Shopify site has been a very convenient feature.
- Their pricing is slightly higher than some competitors.
- Shopify uses a different set up to customize their themes rather than using PHP for their templates.
- Shopify’s blogging platform is not as great as WordPress as it provides a basic layout for blogging.

Shopify, although more expensive monthly, had an overall better system than 3dcart. It offers more SEO and customization. Also, Shopify is much more user-friendly. Shopify offers features like shopping cart abandonment recovery emails. Shopify's customer service excels over 3dcart's customer service. I get my issue resolved quicker with Shopify.
