Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
We were trying to make our products (which are software based) easier or our users to purchase and look at. We also host a bi-annual conference, where Shopify has helped us list and highlight all products & items we are presenting on, to make it easier for our attendees to purchase them.
Pros
- I like the ease of setting up a store front.
- The ease of adding/editing items within the store.
- The ease of adding SKU's and product information.
Cons
- The only issue we had with the software was the fact I think we were looking for something that integrated further with our CRM & order entry system.
- Being a small business, it helped get our products out there.
- Wix and BigCommerce
Shopify, to us, had more of a customization opportunity. We also felt that the plans offered by Shopify were more in gear with what we were looking to do with our company.
