Overall Satisfaction with SimpleTexting
Across our small business, we utilize SimpleTexting to let over 700+ fitness boutique studio owners know of retail lookbook releases put together by our team of professionals. Not only do we give a brief introduction that the lookbook is live -- we also include a link within the text for clients to directly follow to preview the lookbook. We do this in conjunction with sending out a mass email through MailChimp but find it to be of quicker access if someone sees a link via text.

- Importing of a contact list
- Customer service through the chat portal
- Saving campaigns that have not been sent in a draft
- GIF capability without having a viewer follow a link
- As all of our clients are remote we do not have access to how clients came across our lookbook but it would be incredible to see who followed through to clicking the link!
Other sites, as mentioned before, don't retain the data and actually stopped working for us whereas we have not had a problem with SimpleTexting. We've only had questions that are then answered!
