Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business

Skype for Business is used across the whole organization, mainly as an IM/chat platform. It's synced with Outlook and allows for organizing meetings.

Pros

  • Syncs well with other software to display people's profile and for easy search
  • Allows multiple users to chat and collaborate

Cons

  • Sometimes it shows as busy when the user has nothing on the calendar.
  • It's certainly worth having.
I used Cisco before. Skype for Business has a much simpler and more streamlined interface and more features than Cisco.
It's great to instant messaging, easy messaging, as well as live and video collaboration and chatting.
