Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Slack has been used all over the organization. It's a great communication tool to communicate with each other. During a pandemic everyone is working from home so, we have to rely on Slack to interact with each other on slack. Slack is mainly used to address the problem we face and monitor daily activities and concerns from the team members. As our company deals with customer orders and courier concerns, slack is the tool to discuss how to provide better service to customers and couriers and come with a better solution. On slack, we make sure everyone's problem can be answered and can monitor what kind of problem we face every day to operate our business operation.
  • Easy to communicate.
  • Call option to call directly.
  • Notification option to let everyone know if something important is going to announce on the group.
  • Reminder option on slack for individual's and also for the group reminder.
  • Tagged option to tag a person individually.
  • Direct message option.
  • Status option that will other employees know if you are available or not.
  • Edit option will make it more useful to users.
  • slack could introduce a feature like offline service.
  • Improve productivity
  • Easier to address any concern and discuss it.
  • Can take quick action based on the feedback from the employees.
  • Monitor team members inquires and come up with a better solution.
  • Monitor team members activates and easily notify them if anything needs to be correct.
  • Can easily check who is on the shift or not.
I used Zendesk but it is more like an email feature. Slack is more of an instant communication tool message system based. Slack is not complicated and does not require any formalities to send a message.

1) Communicate to any team members at any time.
2) When we need to draw everyone's attention to slack when there is a piece of important news to be announced.
Team members can look back at the history of the announcement and can check if any updates or policy changes to the company. We can make different channels can serve different purposes. For example- the customer team deals with the customer while the courier team deals with the courier.
