Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Enhanced communication is something that our team at Byjus uses Slack for. It helps us to keep tabs on micro-tasks by using bots to remind and include KIRA and Google plugins to integrate all work flows. On a whole, it makes the work very efficient. To have a feature of conducting and taking user research notes and sessions (video calls) on slack would be a big thing we are looking forward to.
