It is being used across the whole organization. It streamlines the process so we can all see applicants, post to multiple job boards, and comment as a team.
- Posting to multiple sites.
- Communication Management.
- The candidate's information does not like from one application to another.
- The details of the applicant do not stay.
- Better assessment tools would be nice.
- Fewer admin costs.
