Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is utilized across the entire sales org. For me, the main business problem it solves is the confusion of commissions. Before Spiff, Finance would send a spreadsheet of commission breakdowns once a month. Now with Spiff, I can see my commission breakdown as soon as I close a deal as it updates in real-time in their app.

Cons
- App notifications after closing a deal and a commission is posted would be great.
- Pre & post tax calculations.
- More drill down capabilities in the phone app—the web app offers more granularity.
- Hours saved for Finance from manually putting together spreadsheets for hundreds of reps every month.
- Sales reps are more engaged and motivated to sell more when they can see their commissions posted in real-time.
