Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

To track commission payments over varying fiscal periods. I also use the tool to accurately forecast, or determine how much to forecast in any given fiscal period.

  • Spiff does not understand Aviatrix quotas
  • Fast and easy to use
  • Improved performance as measured in commission dollars
Ease of use and being able to toggle between dollars sold and accounts under management is very helpful.
It matches my manual calculations for accuracy.
The integration to CRM is better in Salesforce, but the ease of use for just commissions is better in Spiff.

Yes

Great for commission calculations but my company has done a poor job of including quotas. This is not a product issue; just an issue on how we've deployed it.
