Spiff gives me great insight into my success and compensation on the Sales side of things! It gives me confidence in commission accuracy and drives me to put in more effort to bring that number up and up in real time.

- I think merchant by merchant billing satistics and account health would be great to see!
- Increased transparency in commission payments encourages productivity
My confidence in my compensation is greatly improved; before, I had to go back and manually check to see that my commission matched my expectations, accounting for tax brakets, adjustments, kickers, etc. - not a fun process all around. Now I know for sure!
