Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff helps us as sales reps keep up-to-date track of our commission payouts. It links directly with our CRM platform to easily display our progress for the month. Before Spiff, it was a tedious process to figure out what we had achieved for the month and this eliminates the headache.
- Accurate calculation of monthly commission.
- Keeps historical records of previous month's commission.
- Shows monthly key metrics to show where we have done well.
- Added key metrics to give more detail on opportunities that contribute to commission
- As a sales rep I'd say it personally helps with transparency on a month to month basis
- Gives me comfort at the end of the month knowing that I will be compensated correctly to avoid follow-up disputes
I'm fully confident in the compensation process as a result of Spiff. I know exactly where my commission is coming from with total transparency. Being able to monitor this in real-time avoids any disappointment and post-payday disputes. It's a great platform to keep on track of all things regarding compensation.
I have never had any experience with any similar products so can't add much here.
