Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Love this product, so much more flexible and easy to use for our use cases than other products we reviewed. I appreciated being able to contact the team and develop a custom license for our use, without us needing to be a huge organization. Found the team very approachable and responsive to both commercial and support-related issues. Our use case involved Unattended Android devices, where I found that sometimes the pace of change by Google / Android meant that this valuable selling point for Splashtop sometimes struggled with information, advice, and solution tweaks that could keep up, but in general, I would definitely recommend Splashtop as a remote support platform

We were able to deploy very quickly using Teamviewer to migrate to Splashtop seamlessly !!
Yes - Teamviewer - licence inflexibility became cost prohibitive, plus difficulty in obtaining personal support
