Overall Satisfaction with Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI)
We are utilising ITSI to monitor the health of our business operations and IT services. We use a range of KPI approaches to capture business health for stakeholder reporting, as well as lower level IT Ops monitoring of hardware and microservices.

We selected ITSI as it was easy to use with the existing Splunk ecosystem we had but also has a number of out-of-the-box configurations/dashboards/services and blueprints. This made it easy to get started and provide value back to stakeholders quickly.
Our teams no longer need to check and monitor multiple tools, instead all data can be aggregated with ITSI to give a single view of our entire service offerings, each tailored to specific requirements.
We have found that anomaly detection is a great way to avoid having to manually adjust thresholds as your services change over time, this reduces false alerting and can ensure that alerts are delivered before they would normally be noticed by our Technical Operations staff.
We use ITSI to monitor both IT Operations and also Business related KPIs, such as the revenue, profit and conversions through sales as well as typical IT Ops monitoring of both serverless and server based microservices within the organisation.
