Overall Satisfaction with Stormboard

I use it to collaborate with people working in different offices, to brainstorm, create task lists, flow charts and help everyone understand what is going on and what is being planned. Colleagues working remotely and not in the office mean that we need something to bring everyone together and provide a team environment.

  • Zooming in and out can often mean things get overlooked
  • Occasionally uploaded documents vanish

  • Easy and intuitive to work
It's equal to the majority of others on offer, however, the simplicity of these products is what makes them attractive. Sometimes you don't want a product to do many tasks, only to be good at the one they were designed for

It's very good for brainstorming and getting people to use their initiative and imagination especially when colleagues aren't based in the office. It works better than a traditional face to face whiteboard as people can scribble down their ideas without feeling pressured by others or fight their way to the post-it pad and pens.
