Overall Satisfaction with Submittable
We use submittable to gather applications for our paid internship and study abroad scholarship opportunities for university students in Montana. We get around 100 applications annually, and expect this to grow significantly in the next 5 years.
- Duplicate applications from year to year.
- Assign reviewers.
- Track the submissions process.
- I could use a reminder to update the automatic reply when duplicating new application forms from year to year. By the time 365 days have passed, I've forgotten to update this.
- Submittable saves me a ton of time with creating applications and reviewing them.
I don't know that it's affected our relationships with our scholarship and internship recipients. That relationship is largely built through communication outside of the application process.
The university also uses Qualtrics, but I found it clunky and hard to use.
