Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey

SurveyMonkey is being used to track COVID symptoms across all employees on a daily basis, to get feedback from current and former employees on their experiences and suggestions on the company as a whole, and to get feedback from employees on various topics.
  • Ease of use.
  • Able to have multiple users access the same survey.
  • Easily analyze results.
  • Adding extra collectors.
  • When emails get bounced unable to resend using the same collector.
  • During COVID, it has allowed for easy tracking of employees' symptoms.

It definitely has ease of use, but there are times where it is hard to navigate and get exactly what you want accomplished. Also, adding additional users and giving them the same access wasn't something that was easy to figure out the first time around.
Support is very helpful whenever you need help, but their wait times for an answer are on the slower side.
If you need employees to answer simple questions to help the company, SurveyMonkey is an easy place to accomplish this.
