Overall Satisfaction with SwagUp

We order swag boxes for our new hires and even order individual items for some of our teams/depts. We order a ton of swag and re-order some items when we're low in stock!

  • Speeding up the shipping process, a lot of delays.
  • User Friendly.

  • Need to improve time management.
SwagUp has more options to order swag and items for the organization and is more user-friendly, the others are but SwagUp is easier to figure out on the first try!

We had an issue getting in contact with our sales rep for a while to where we never received a response to urgent questions. Then a lot of the orders were either backorder or delayed which caused an issue within our company of team members asking where their swag box was!
