Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

The business problems that are addressed by our company choosing Talkdesk as our communications software of choice would be... better communication among the entire company. Talkdesk [is] also helpful when trying to dispatch new deployments within the company because it allows our consumers to reach out to us regarding their employment and business needs.

User functions are sometimes really easy to learn. Talkdesk seems like it would be a very simple software to adjust to however in my experience it was actually the opposite for me. I was hoping to pick up the software very quickly but I think due to my age the learning process was different and difficult for me to understand. May have been a user error though.
I do not have a lot of insight on this as I have worked for my company for quite some time, however, as a csr, I only experience the very minimum basic functions of Talkdesk. I do know in the past Talkdesk has been very helpful in the quick deployment of employees especially during covid.
I was at one time. Possibly a few times locked out of my account because I believe I was provided the wrong login information by my company or possibly just the wrong setup and credentials altogether. I was very confused however in my situation it was as easy as picking up the phone and the nice lady on the other end helping to walk me through it.

Talkdesk may be very well suited for certain situations but not so great to my knowledge in other situations. The situations that Talkdesk would not be suited very well for would-be situations that I need more face-to-face communication such as a business teleconference. Talkdeskis very good when it comes to verbal communication within a large company
