Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

We have a unique setup that we need to customize a lot of audience and customer data for our clients. With these custom audiences and events we're able to push to other third party platforms with direct integrations (even custom scripts we've created) to safely pass data. We are only scratching the surface of the tools capabilities and have a lot of the roadmap where Tealium Customer Data Hub is the bridge over our gaps.

Tealium Customer Data Hub support is by far one of the GREATEST selling point here. From top to bottom, I am able to get a hold of anyone within a timely manner and always make me feel as though I am their most important customer and sometimes ONLY customer. Top tier.
One of the biggest reasons we are working with Tealium Customer Data Hub is to address the third party cookie deprecation. This helps us provide solutions to our customers on their abilities to track their events. Also giving an extra layer of audience support to our customers for marketing purposes really helps drive their overall business

Being able to create audiences on the fly is extremely helpful when trying to utilize personalization widgets. Suggestion different pieces of content or products for example is key. Tealium also gives you the tools to easily enrich your data to really be able to drill down to a very specific cohort.
