Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All is a great resource to reach our customers and notify them of upcoming service changes, interruptions, weather delays, and similar events. They can be scheduled ahead, done by text or call feature, and other options which are great features for our purposes.
  • User friendly system
  • Data analytics available for calls/texts submitted, success rate, etc.
  • Customers can text back and we can respond through the system
  • Specific instructions on upload - i.e. not using "filters" on excel files (as they will all upload and be sent to those customers when you may think they are filtered out)
  • Data Upload

Business situations where you want to send communications to clients and customers without sending a group text, manually typing in the phone numbers, having the customer's information shared with others and dealing with customers replying to each other... Text-Em-All is a great solution. Smaller, more personalized situations may not be appropriate for this use, or if you personalized information is needed for each individual client, or if a large message is needed to be transmitted.
