Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
We run a day program for adults with disabilities. There are often schedule changes, events, etc. which we have to inform the families about. We also need to inform staff of government requirements, trainings, etc. We have 200 employees and more than 200 clients. Reaching all these people in a timely manner with announcements, sometimes last-minute and emergency announcements drained our staff time. Text-Em-All solves that problem. Some of our clients and staff don't have texting. So the flexibility to make phone calls as well is a valuable resource for us.
Pros
- Reach clients and staff
- report who has not been reach and who has been reached
- send response calls or texts to me
Cons
- For me it would be better if the contact list can be sorted by last name
- Pretty easy for me to use because I am busy with so many other thigs.
- Time savings reaching out to our groups
- Can be used by different departments who set up separate groups to contact
It has been outstanding in helping me use mass texting (and calling) to reach our contacts with emergency notifications.
We know exactly who was reached and who wasn't, who has rejected calls and texts. That is valuable because we can search who was not reached and contact them separately. And all of this happens within minutes of the text or call going out. That is a tremendous advangage.
