Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
We have used Text-Em-All/Call-Em-All for several years to notify the public about eradication projects we are working on. We add the sign-up info to our website and send out information in our communication about how to sign up to receive either text or phone messages when we will be conducting an eradication. We use it to let people know when an eradication is planned to start and when it ends. The public has found this very useful, especially since some eradication projects recommend waiting 30 minutes after a treatment is complete before entering an area. The public loves being able to get the text or calls and it allows us to be much more timely, including providing last-minute notifications if a treatment has to be canceled or delayed.

Before texting, we had no way to notify the public about last-minute changes to planned spraying in their community, including whether a project was delayed, canceled, or when we finished. Being able to provide this information in real-time to those who request it has dramatically improved the public's satisfaction with our eradication projects.
