Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All to communicate with food pantry recipients about when food is available for pickup or when they will receive food delivery. Setting up a text or call is very easy, and it's nice to have the option of transferring the call to a staff member if there are questions or issues.

  • as functions are added, finding the option you need can be challenging
  • user interface could be more simple
  • being able to easily contact only some of our large database when needed
  • the ability to schedule calls or texts in advance
  • calls allow us to reach senior recipients without smartphones
  • we were using volunteers to make calls previously, which took hours. now this takes minutes to contact an ever increasing list.
Text-Em-All allows us to add and subtract folks from our contact list easily, where Textedly only has the option of static contact lists where once someone is removed from the list they cannot be put back onto the list without jumping through hoops.

with a large database of contacts, cost can be prohibitive. but with an ever-evolving contact list, we appreciate the ease of setting up a call or text.
