Overall Satisfaction with TextMagic

The entire office staff uses TextMagic to communicate with our customers. We are able to easily reach our customers that may not be in a position to answer a call. We use it for scheduling, confirmations and general communication. We are thrilled with the results we have gotten and the volume of customers we are able to reach in this day in age where most people prefer to text.

  • Reminders when our balance is low, we never have to worry about going to send a text and not having enough credits
  • Multiple users are able to work off of the same account
  • Detailed records kept of each text conversation
  • I have no cons to report at this time
  • For the price we pay, I cannot think of any negative impact. It is very affordable. We usually pay $50 at a time and that will last us a month or so.
In 2019, most people avoid answering a phone call, especially if they are not familiar with the number. The ability to text our customers is crucial to reach them. We don't have our office staff texting from their personal cell phones to reach customers who prefer texting. We are able to send texts through emails.
