Overall Satisfaction with Time Doctor
Time Doctor gives us an in-depth overview of the agent and team's productivity. Gone are the days when we were wondering exactly what our agents are doing at a specific time as the product itself provides a story of how an agent's day has been which eliminates assumptions and guesses.
- In depth and productivity summary per task per group and per agent
- As a manager I can peak through what my team is working on and readily assess compliance and adherence
- Has helped a lot on attendance tracking
- Activity recording ie url and screenshots
- Integration to Zendesk can be improved and other systems in place.
- Alignment with customized metrics from Zendesk to how Time Doctor assess agent's productivity e.g an agent has spent 30 minutes on ticket tasks - it would be good to have an overview as well as to what are those tickets.
- 60 - 70% improvement on billable hours computation in terms of hours saved.
- Has eliminated and corrected bad behaviors from agents i.e procrastination and excessive non-work activities
- Generally has improved the way we plan for productivity strategies
Time Doctor is very user-friendly with less cluttered visuals on dashboards. Generally with one look, I can already assess if the team is productive or not and can already see bad performance. It is also easy to configure and make changes if there's a need in terms of task settings and the like.
