Overall Satisfaction with Totango

Totango is used every day to stay on top and organized with our customers. It helps track their usage of our software account, making it easier for me to quickly check in on their profile. Our company as a whole uses Totango!
  • Health tracking.
  • Status of their training.
  • Notes on the customer.
  • See who manages the account.
  • Sometimes I can't paste emails on the post but it usually gets fixed immediately.
  • Better customer retention.
I love that Totango makes it easy for me to use and actually stay organized. I'm able to see health tracking, training levels, analytics and see their main goals.
