Overall Satisfaction with Tovuti LMS

We were able to consolidate 3 subscription services into one by switching over to Tovuti which was great for cost-savings but also for onboarding new employees. We have used the events planning features extensively as we host weekly meetups and onboard new clients into our subscription model packages to further aid them in their learning.
  • Complete platform - it has replaced numerous other tools we were using.
  • Easy to use. It's intuitive and support documentation is very good.
  • Polished UI.
  • Interactive sections can be added to learning materials (such as a quiz midway through the video) making for a more fun experience.
  • Landing pages are VERY customizable. We were able to design them to look very integrated with our current website.
  • Small automation such as sending certificates, awarding badges etc. help to save admin time, no more micro managing users.
  • Feature requests. It would be great if they had feature request tracking or at least have a getsatisfaction forum.
  • Pricing packages. I wish you could pick and choose because we didn't need all features. They do offer a la carte but it is for additional options only.
  • Setup can be daunting with so much customization.
  • Bulk editing features would be great for large courses.
  • We consolidated 3 SaaS products into one.
  • Freed up admin time by automating follow-ups and some communications with users.
  • Tovuti provided a quicker process to onboard new users as we use to manually send out emails with powerpoints attached.
The UI has improved with new updates and coming from using various CMS, I feel right at home.
Support has been amazing. They are quick to reply to requests and go above and beyond to answer our queries.

For anyone who onboards new customers and employees regularly this is the platform to use. It's simple to use and very easy to set up your own learning resources.

I knew it was probably out of the customer support realm but we were having issue with some custom css when building our landing page. I thought I'd message support to see why the colours where not changing and they spotted the css error I had in my code. I wasnt expecting Maria to know css too but it was a very nice surprise.

  • Setting user groups and permissions and having automation move the users between groups depending on whether they reach certain milestones. This saves a lot of manual work
  • Custom profile fields allow us to give a more personalized experience, it's very easy to add these.
  • Creating incentives for users to purchase high tier event tickets in exchange for course content packages. We find this converts well.
  • I would prefer a drag and drop feature for the custom profile fields. It's great but when you have a lot of custom fields it can be time consuming to scroll and find what you need.
  • I would like better templates for certificates, some in the selection are not as polished as we would like and quite basic
Yes - Excellent mobile responsive design overall. Our users download the app and so far we haven't heard any complaints. Our UX team have tested the mobile app functions and are happy with what they reviewed so I have no complaints
