Support Rating

My TriNet team consists of Donna Pease and Jeanine Howard. I work closely with Donna Pease and I find her to be an absolute pleasure to work with, she is quick to respond, always helpful and just plain professional and nice. I can't say enough good things about her. I don't work as closely with Jeanine Howard, but the few times I have I find her to be professional and extremely helpful. She always gets back to our company quickly with answers.

Usability

Overall I have mastered most of the online site and am very comfortable using it. I work every day on the website.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

TriNet is used across the entire corporation for payroll and health benefits. I find it user-friendly and the Client Services Associates at Trinet are extremely attentive and professional.

Reports could be easier to access and download sometimes system times out prior to getting full report
IT team could think of the users and what information they need access to before changing the web pages

Managing benefits and new hires has been much easier under the TriNet platform.

I have for the most part only had good experiences with TriNet, my only bad experiences involve the change from one online platform to another and the glitches that took place and the time it took IT to rectify the errors.
