Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is being used across the whole company. It serves as our PEO administering payroll, benefits, and limited HR responsibilities. TriNet is the PEO we have been using for about seven years and it allows our small company to obtain a wide variety of health benefits for our employees, which allows us to stay competitive with larger on-line media companies.

  • On-boarding and off-boarding employees
  • Numerous health benefit plans available for staff to choose from
  • Making sure emails are sent to both of the administrators, some emails are only received by one of the parties
  • Changes to the dashboard, currently the new dashboard doesn't run the custom reports, so I have to use the old dashboard to run the custom reports
Our client rep has always been very helpful and quick to address our issues. Especially getting custom reports built so that our quarterly and annual reporting is simplified.
The dashboards are easy to maneuver. Custom reports are easy to find in the old dashboard (will continue to use the old dashboard for this until the new Workforce Analytics can support the custom reports).

Ease of on-boarding and off-boarding employees. Ease of dashboard use for both employees and administrators. TriNet has created several custom reports, which has saved me precious time for quarterly and annual reporting.
